Is it possible to have more then 1 wolf?

You can have as many as you want, but you can only spawn one at a time.

I know you can have 1 Gray Wolf and 1 Silk-bought pet out at the same time so I believe you can have 2 Wolves out, 1 Gray and 1 White.

No, you can only have one wolf out at a time. You can however have a wolf and a squirrel/monkey out at the same time.
