im about to finish the 2nd liquor quest the ones at lvl 35-37, need about 10-20 red scorpion legs. but ive heard that for some people the quest has worked and for others it hasnt. something about giving the liquor in the right order to even start the conversation with the guy. Now i have spend a lot of time on these 2 quests and have lost probably more exp than i will receive so i want to do it right for it to work to atleast get some exp when i go and have the drinks.


so for those who these quests has worked, how did you do it? what was the order that you gave the liquor?

its random, give him like 5 drinks then try. The quest blows but 500 sp is nice.

Do the monsters from lowest level, to highest.

I did the higher monsters first. And leveled up quite a bit (40 I think).

So then when I had to go BACK and do heocheons, taoists and ongs, they were worth like 50xp each. It was an incredible waste of many hours.

But the 500 SP reward - very very nice.

The order?

From what I hear, its random. Because everyone tries what someone else did, and it never works. For example, I did 6-6-5-5-4-4-3 and he coughed it up. But that pattern never works for anyone else.

I also heard the numbers change because of the order the items are in your inventory. but I have no clue.

IMO this quest is a waste of time.......i got as far as getting the flute by accident lol

Its not a waste as long as you do monsters worth XP and don't put the quest off too long.

i dont know if its random but i got the order from the SRO forums and it worked first try

its a long boring hard rewarding quest. i wrote down the licours order as the npc told, i try the first time at that order, fail. went back to the npc waiting for more moster hunting and trash stashing and i got the licours without quest (u can get them every half and hour (not sure if its in game time or real)) try again with another order, fail. 5 tries and i got it in the right order

Just use random ones till he says something, i forget what, but it ends with "Do you have any more liquer?" thats when you ask for the book. I passed it like 10 times without realizing.

My friend was lucky for his 3rd try. For me the quest is so boring co'z i can get the 500sp w/3 gap than collecting those items.

i checked this quest and find it sooo exciting..

i didnt get it.. hihihih
for me its better killing bunwangs then killing hyeon...

im lvl42 killing bunwangs...
started killing them @ lvl39..

how is it a waste of time? from what i remember when i finishedit yuo get 365k SEXP 365k EXP and 365k gold. how is that not worth it?. not to metnion it keeps yuo nice and occupied for a good while
