[ bought silk didn't receive ]

i bought some silk and never got it. who do i talk to to give my info so that i can receive my silk? help admin. help!

Anyway, I am assuming you bought it through the item mall from either in game or from the silkroadonline.net website. If so, you will need to report it to them.
If you bought it from someone in game selling silk for in game gold, well, you are screwed.
