Christmas Clothing

I see all this Christmas-themed clothing (Santa hats and gloves) and I'm wondering, is it only during the Christmas month that this can be used or what? And how does one get it, only drops drops?

it was from a christmas event last year, you can only buy it from other people, and you can wear it at netime you wish to

well..
As mentioned above you can wear it at any time...but i wound not.
they sell for way to much and make your character look stupid.
