I was wondering if i wore all protector with one piece of armor, would my running speed ahve the 10% increse , be 0%, or around 8% due to the 1 extra armor?

no u wouldnt get the 10%

you have to have on all protector to get the 10% increase. or all garment for the 20% increase in speed.

Yeap, there should be and extra advantage for all armor...
