I was de-leveling and when i died i droped something? Is this legit or is it a gliche? Man i lost my ring. =(

are you sure....maybe it was a drop form the mob attacking you
someone may of killed it ????

Im VERY sure. I droped something 4 times already. Two from a theif killing me (i dont know why they attack me) and 2 from yehohes or however you spell them killing me. (de-leveling)

anyway... when a thief npc kills you u almost every time drop something...
i remember when i was sp farming at the stronghold some thiefs lvl32-ish
came and spawned npc thieves on us, they probably didn't know that u cant drop your weapon
But then my friend Plus44 would come and own them all ^^ oh well =/
i still hope we're friends though... sorry for the offtopic part =/

I know you can drop items when you die, but it's very rare.

I don't know if it's a bug, but I do know it can be very annoying.

It's not a bug, any time you die there is a chance you will drop something. the chance is (much) higher if you are in murderer status. For some odd reason you can't drop your weapon while murderer though.

Ive died many times from dc,lag and crashes never dropped nething from a mob killing me.

But i have seen many ppl die from npc thieves and drop an item. Maybe a bug of some sort but careful with that. I remember picking up elements from some player who died. No murder/pink/wanted status.

wrong. the chance doesnt change with the mob at all. i never dropped a thing when i died until lvl 58 or so when a giant yeti killed me. i dropped void rondos. thats all that ive ever lost tho.

tere is a chance u drop ur items in ur inventory when. not the stuff u are wearing.

u drop the stuff u are wearing if ur a murder status.

or when u wanted u get kiled and drop ur suit
