Help With New Guild!

I was just about to create a guild when I was told that normal members can vote you out of master and take over the guild. Is this true?

Yes... I believe that it is 45 days of not logging in.

Ah, good, I'll have to let my dumb friend know about it. Atleast I know peopel cant take the guild. That was my biggest concern.
