how do i upload a file?

how do i upload a file?

i have an excel file that would calculate the trading profit base on level and trading star. I would like to share it but unable to upload it. Am I missing something here?

You have to host it somewhere and if you dont have your own personal space then you can upload via a free service Rapidshare and then post the link it provides you
