Buying a polearm: the right way

Well since i'm closing in i think about buying me a polearm (lvl64 glaive fyi)

Now i need some guidelines on buying the cap weapon.
Since i'm a pure str critical is important (7+ or should i aim for higher?)

Also what is most important?
* phy attack or magical attack? I'm in doubt since more magical attack is stronger imbue thus higher damage (or am i lost here?)
* phy reinforce or magical reinforce?

Last:
Is it easier/cheaper to buy a normal poleram (with good critical) to start with and upgrade it myself or should i get a normal polearm just to have the weapon and use it for a while so i can have more cash to buy a better polearm?
In other words: buy a expensive upgraded one or by a cheap one and try to upgrade it myself?

well after selling my 64+7 i feel the need of having a good weapon again so i bought a crit 12 60% phy glavie 64+3 not pimped 20 mil atm i got almost all blues to 100% and wasted like 13/15 mil to do it i also used another wep elxir and she went to 64 +4 after im done with some astrals i hope to make it +5 ..

conclusion: i dunno if its worth to pimp urself ur gear or buy allready pimped
As to stats concern in a glavie ill give u my order of importance: crit, phy dmg , mag dmg , phy reinforcement , attack ratting ,mag reinforcement
