Why does the weapon intensifing elixer sell so hi? How much should i sell mine for?

it sells for high price for supply and demand, but mosty cuz they increase the power and performance of a weapon by +1 for each time u use it. Ex. I have a shield i made +3, im selling it for 1.1m
An elix shud be sold for around 200,000gold. dont go below 180k, and do go higher than 200k. You won't sell it, or it will just be very hard. I sell mine for 190k.
