My friend told me that you can get elixar tablets is that true

if it is true where do you buy it and how much ??????

Your friend is wrong. The only way to get elixirs is by them dropping from mobs or buying them from stalls.

Elixars can only be brought from NPC stalls or found from mobs (monsters) as drops. Am sorry to say but your friend is wrong in this case.

not quite.. they can be bought from player stalls, but not NPC stalls.
