when Load Yarkan spawn?

on silkroad offical side i have see a moster named "Load Yarkan".
Its a unique but i dont see him spawn.Is that moster existing in game?

Lord Yarkan is the 80 level mob which we dont have yet on ISRO. I saw him on JapanSRO tho.

That monster do exist..But everytime he spawn,i will next to him and kill him with one critical shot..
So it's too bad that you can't see him..
I promised i won't kill him next time so you can see him
