question about how blues regulate the prices of items.

Ok here is the deal, im having a hard time selling stuff, so i end up selling it to the NPC at 1/3 of what the item is actually worth.

so here is my question. How does the blues or +s regulate an items price.

for example.
A lvl 25 stone steel shell at the NPC costs about 26k.
I happen to get a drop today of a stone steel shell and its lvl 27 with
Int 3 increase(+100%)
Str 3 increase (+100%)
Immortal (4time/times)

now if i sell that item to the NPC. i get about 12k, and thats sucks. so really for how much would you sell something like that?

would you raise the items price by 10k for every blue it has? i mean that thing is a lvl 27 so it sure worth more than 26k so lets say 30k. it also has 3 blues on it, so if i put another 10k for each blue, the item would worth 60k. would anyone buy it? or am i still selling for much less than its vlaue?

Ok well it really depends on the blues but pluses are usually better than blues and Im pretty sure theres a guide on pricing items somewhere here. But about your shell, I dont really think anyone would buy it for 60k just because it's blue because
1)Its armor and not a weapon.
2)No one really wants to pay more money than they have to one an item that they'll probably outgrow in a week or so.
3)Blues and pluses dont really mean much on armor at lower levels.
So i would say if your gonna stall, make it at least 2x what you would npc it for. Also add like 10k or so because of it being 2 levels higher. Usually i just npc my items because stalling usually takes up too much time, which could be spent leveling.(Im level 24 right now)

It depends on what blues there are. Just being blue doesn't make it better.
+Str, +Int, +HP and +MP are preferred most.

Try to sell it for the 60K. set up a stall overnight and check it in the morning. If it hasn't sold drop your price and try again.

my system is build by me and thus has some powerfull fans. if i let that thing on all night i wont be able to sleep, plus im not so hard core as to leave my pc on all night just to play a game trying to sell an item. i just npc it and say whatever lol. yesterday i just npc all my stuff and made about 300k. i know i lost about 400k more on that but i said whatever.

You could leave it on while your at work or school. It just gives more people a chance to see your items. after all not everyone is looking for the same things. And some people want certain things bad enough to spend a little extra.
