im not sure i quite understand about the capes thing
so if i wear a prodigy cape and i head out of town and somebody kills me, does anything bad happen to me?
does the cape run out or can i just keep using it forever?

You can use it forever, basiclly what a cape does / causes is, It puts you in a state of combat. where anyone wearing an opposing cape can kill you without a penalty.
Capes are used in PvP. So that players can test their skills on each other without going murder or such.

Dont we loose some XP... during PVP....I mean when v die ???

In cape vs cape no.
But lets say Theif vs Hunter yeah you will lose like 0.02% per death.
Also in guildwars you will lose a slight amount of exp if you die also around 0.02%
