A Q on SP Farming...

So, I've read the guide on SP Farming, and I found it only really talks about low level SP Farming. Whats a good way to SP Farm if you're around level 20-24 or that region.

All you have to remember is to keep a 9lvl gap if you're really going at it.

What exactly does that mean, 9lvl gap? Thanks so much for the help!
EDIT: You mean keep a 9 level gap between my mastery and my actual level?

Don't worry about it. Farming at 2x blows anyways.
