People say I can tell what lvl someone is by the weapon they carry. I can see how, since the weapon sets go by 1,8,16,24,32 etc...but what are the ways I can tell? Each one has a certain look I assume? IE bronze bows look a certain way, Iron bows look a certain way, Horsemans bow looks a certain way, etc? If so I suppose I'll just have to buy each type of wep at each lvl base and equip each one to memorize how they all look.

I am hoping, however, that there are some easy things to look for, at least on certain weapon classes. Well?

You should make the screen closer to the weapon so that you can know.

all weapons of a degree look the same. for example horn spear looks the same as prodigy spear looks the same as dragon spear, even tho theyre 52 56 and 60. you can look at the weapon to see their degree, but their armor tells you their lvl. if they have only hands of a degree, then theyre the 1st lvl in the degree. hand and feet, 2nd lvl, etc.

just memorize it... each one i guess has distinct features..
like the level 42 moon glaive, has blue and looks like two horns at the end...

if unsure, make a guess and ask what level the weap is.

feet has to be shoulders...hand -> shoulders -> feet -> hat -> pants -> chest.
between hand and chest are 5 lvl's

except that I was wearing a level 36 chestpiece until level 52.

Don't forget that people keep wearing lower level gear if it is good. For example a piece of SOMoon or SOSun might be worn for 10-15 levels.

When you have played this game for a longer time, you'll see they're level faster then the flick of an eye.

yea it gets a little messed up with sos som gear and whatnot. but you can still have an idea.

Its pretty easy, lets say for example a guy wearing a lvl 24+ weapon, but how u know what lvl is he?

U look at weapon; weapon is lvl 24 or above. Conclusion? He is somewhere between 24 and 32, then u look at equipt.

Weapon-24-32

u notice he has next set of shoulders, so he must be above lvl 25+

Shoulders 25+

u look he has next set of boots, then he must be 26+

Boots 26+

In the end u can say he must be 26-27 since there is no equipt lvl 27
