what lvl to we have to e to get them ands where you get them. PLZ TELL ME 
Lvl 3 + guild leader, guild npc.
5k gp , 100k. Fire or light are best

Basically it gives a guild the ability to hire a group of NPCs to help them fight.

Can guild members use the mercenary without the guild master there? (I really not sure how it works)

Do the mercs of 2 level 5 guilds have the same strenght?

Depends on if the leader has upgrade em. For ex. fable did both upgrades, and our mercs are better than the default ones.
