Buy silk on new accnt, put 6 astral on weps, chargeback and you got 6 free astral. Usually viets doing it.

They have no way of knowing whether you've recieved your item or not.....? I find that very hard to believe, on account of everyone would claim so every time. What do you mean sir?

You can tell them you didn't receive your quiver of arrows and cancel your charge, then they ban you.

They can easily check to verify if you didn't receive your item, they aren't going to just take your word for it. Joymax runs a business, not a charity.

The chargeback is done on a dummy account. The player makes a new account, buys the silk through it, puts the astrals on the weapon before trading it back to his main char (2 people are needed). Then he chargebacks and the new account is banned.
