ok so here goes:
1. What exactly do the percentages by the weapon stats mean? Particularly the critical. Does that mean the weapon has X% chance of criticaling?
2. When in the alchemic process can a weapon break? Can it Break whenever you are enhancing it? regardless of whether it is being enchanced by tablets or elixirs? What about the weapon/armor losing the + multiplier? Is this possible when using tablets or only elixirs?
3. Going along with 2. So the only way to add lucky to a weapon is to use tablets? I see blu items with lucky immortal and steady...is it safe to assume those bonuses are due to tablets? Also using a lucky powder on an already lucky weapon ...does this increase the chance (stack) of your success?
Thanks to everyone who can answer.

1) Yes (I think)
2) After +5, lose + if you fail anytime
3) Stones. Lucky on item = another lucky powder. Steady / immortal are drops and immort is also item mall

AFAIK, the % next to the numbers in the stats of the weapons/gear is the % of max for that particular stat. The max % depends on the level/degree of the weapon/item as well.
EX. having a STR of +4 on a 6th degree weapon/item is 100% meaning that +4 is the highest you can have. Having a STR of +5 on a 7th degree weapon/item is 100%.
Having +20% Freeze Reduction on a level 48 ring is +100%.
The numbers are not exact. 10% Freeze reduction on a level 48 ring is +47% and not 50%.
You get the idea.
