few questions about my blade str fire

first of all, i am lvl 20 blade fire str
i finished white tiger quests and going on trading stuff and fighitng at dangwhang
should i wear armor or protector? i dont know what kind of mobs expecting me there :\
now questions about fire

what is Fire wall tower?

and what is snake sword dance with blade?

and last question about tablet
i have a tablet that resets the physical attack power value and adds a new value
lets say my weapon is 3rd degree with the minimum phy power of 3rd degree weapon, can it get lower?

should i wear armor or protector?there are physical mobs but you have enough physical defense so you should better wear garment i dont know what kind of mobs expecting me there :\

that is a pretty useless skill
and what is snake sword dance with blade?
I thought that you should lil projectiles to mobs (up to 3 at once)

dont know on this one, but with JoyMax...I think you can get even lower :|

if the phys attack reads 100-120(0%) .. then it cant go any lower cause its already at 0%, but theres a chance of assimilation meaning any skill on ur weapon can go up or down.. mainly down cause alchemy hates me
