Color of Mobs

Can someone tell me what lvl are the mobs in different colors?

Dark Red - 6 or 7 levels+ above you i forget which
Orange - 3-5,6 levels above you
White - 2 lvls below - 2 lvls above you
Light Green - 3-5,6 levels below you
Dark Blue - 6 or 7" levels below you
