fast question very tired

Hi , I'm new to silkroad and I just wanna know ... if I choose a
PURE INT + some magic weapon character from lvl 1 to 50 .. can I reset all my stats and make it a PURE STR + Blade once I reach lvl 50?
Also, if i want to be good at PVE with a pure int, is fire the best?

You cannot reset stats, only skills.
As for second question, I don't know the maths, but some people claim fire is best, and others claim lightning.

The second question depends. If you 1-hit KO a mob or fighting a champion, fire does more dmg. However when you fight a giant, lightning did more damage. This is because there is a chance to shock the monster, causing a 50% reduce of parry ratio. As the shock takes into effect, lightning will do more damage than fire. BUT if the monster is not in shock status, fire still did more dmg.

both are effective dependig on situation (imbues) i myself am partial to lightning for a few reasons
1) as vulperin mentioned yuo'll do a hell of alot more dmg to giants and get rid of pills fast in pvp (well fire does to but wtv)
2) if yuo know what to grind on (nuke and a shout is best for light imbue) it'll help alot. lets say you nuke and a shout something, 20% of the time you'll 1 nuke it, saveing alot of time
3) makes lvling with a constant 0 gap alot easier as yuo can just use light at lower lvls instead of having to get fire aswell
