hi..
I got a question for silkroad admins..plz awser...
Why silkroad its creating new servers and not put more capacity in Xian and in other big servers???i think that will be a good idea..because in a day im in computer 5 hours..3hours to trying to enter in silkroad 1hour playing 1hour lagging...pleasse put more capacity in xian and in other big servers..i know very people that are stop playing this fantastic game..

... the silkroad forum admins are in way related to the actual GM's withing silkroad, this forum was made to allow players of silkroad to converse and disucss various parts of the game and allow a community of people to all talk about the game together.

... hehe that sounded slightly professional right?

but yeah the admins here are not the GM's ingame

yeah I hear what your saying, we should increase capacity instead of making new servers all the time. Im here atm typing in meaningless threads cause I cant get in, I got dc'd and tried to get back in for 40mins, got in, pvpd for 10mins, went to repot and got dc'd when I came into town, now ive been trying for another 30mins...xian is impossible on weekends:(

no..its no to be professional..but its truth..its the big problem of silkroad...search in google silkroad disconnect

people are trying to say to gm's of game to fix that..

i don't know if admins are gms in game..i only want to play this..and enjoy..without that problem

yep..at the weekend its impossible to play...

3 things:
Hard to enter
Lag playing
and
disconnecting problems durring the game

yeah..its been 1h 30mins now since I was in game, im trying and trying to getin but it just wont work=/ xian is just to full atm :banghead:

o.k people think of this, servers cost money. if they upgrade to a biggger server u data could be lost. But heres there look (very cheap 1) if they open more servers people who are sick of the lag go to the new 1 so all servers are evenly spaced with people instead of 3 huge servers

Silkroad has a lot of players. As already fyfly said, upgrading an existing server costs much money.

By making new servers, it will come to one point when all players that are sick of lag on Xian, Aege and some of "older" servers will go to new and so laging is going to stop. Since Silkroad is still in development it needs time to become one of the biggest MMORPG on the net

if you do get fed up and switch servers can you take your character with you. if not who would give up all that invested time to start over

No, you cannot switch your character to another server. Therefore I expect few people will change server who have reached over lvl 30 and spent hard cash. There will always be some that will though, just very few I expect.
