Which LV From 0~70 is the best for SP farming?

Which Lv does we SP farming is the best?
N can i know about how much SP does we need to farm in those lv?

Farming in the bandit's den at lvl16 is how most people do it.

Good Spawn Mobs (IMO) :
Of course lvl 16 bandits.
lvl 38 black robbers. (imo the best spawns so far)
lvl 43 maongs.
I'll probly see other good spawning mobs, but im only lvl 45 atm
