What is a Nuke?

This may be noob question of the week but.. here goes.
What exactly constitutes a nuke. Is it simply your best kick-butt weapon-force combo, or is it more specific than that?

The following skills are being referred to as nukes:
* Thunderbolt Force Series (lightning)
* Snow Storm Series (ice)
* Flame Wave Series (fire)
These skills become available from lvl30.

nuke refers to a pure int magical skill, its the second to last skill on all the magics apart from force: ice = ice shot, fire = flame wave, lighting = wolfs thunderbolt (i think i got that right)
its a pure int move, so pure str's tend not to bother with it unless its just for show or killing some n00bs in pvp....

Nukes are the basic element of a nuker. You get these skills at lvl 30. ohh and btw, nukes do not crit.
