Block rate in shield and blocking ratio on weapons

Yes i know what it does.

Yes i know the higher the number the better

But...

Comparing blocking rate 10 and 15, how many more blocks can a BR 15 do than 10?

Then also compare with block ratio of weapons. The numbers means what? % of reducing the blocking rate?

I'll take a wild guess and assume the BR is per 100. So a BR10 would block once every ten attacks in average.

Dunno about the second question. I want to know that too.

1:10 is too small i think or maybe its my luck.
that conecpt seems more for pvm.
cuz pvp i block alot more when i had a br 10 it was a ratio of like 1:6
