does anyone experience charge back problem!

currently my account has been blocked cuz paypal hold the payment to joymax although paypal already taken money from my account.. but my paypal acc is limited cuz i still need to confirm my location and it's nearly finish .. so i want to how long does anyone has to wait to get their acc back after complete the money transfer to joymax.

uhh if they blocked it apparently it takes 100 years to get it back... but thats cause of the charge back so if you actually give em the money dunno how long it would take

Nothing else will result in the cancellation of your account block. Everything else will be rejected and will not result in the lifting of your account block.
I dont think just paying them will get the account active again, you will need to go through paypal and get them to cancell the chargeback claim
