How do you de-level skills?

Ok so im new to SRO and was just wondering how you de-level skills, thx.

2 ways: 1. get to lvl 20 and start collecting cursed hearts (its a quest you can pick up @ every herbalist (so the one in jangan/donwhang and hotan) every 10 hearts is 1 potion and with 1 potion you can de-lvl one skill lvl or 1 mastery lvl.
the other way: is thru item mall...you can buy a stack of 5 of those potions for 26(?) silk. use is them same way as above
NOTE: potions thru the cursed hearts only give you 80% of your sp back while the item mall potions give the 100% of the sp back..

It costs sh!tload of money though!
So dont think you just collect hearts and de-lvl whatever you want
A lvl 1 skill costs around 20k to de-lvl.
The higher the skills the more it costs to de-lvl.

ok atm im using a sword and gettin cold and fire up, should i get up force and lighting as well? thx for ur help.

Since they patched the harmony circle again the Force skills are pretty much useless now.
So max your sword/fire/lightning and all the rest goes for ice.
I think lightning is more important than ice.
