Questing Help!!!

OK here is my prob. I didn't do any of the quest at all until I reached level 8. Now I have a slight problem. I am trying to do the first quest ( the Chinesse Tutorial). But it screws up when I get to the part dealing with YANGYUN the herbalist. I thought that if I did his 2 water ghost quests it would end up being fine. But it didn't work that way. Is there some thing I can do to reset, or fix the quest?

I never did the chinese totorial quest, at lvl 8 you should just move on and start doing the quests that fit your lvl. You wouldnt gain much xp anyways right now

What do you mean by it screws up though? you talk to Yangyun once and he talks to you, you talk to him again about the same quest and it should say quest complete return to the general
Caras, if you skip quests early on then youll find that some quests are not unlocked for you at later levels as most of them do link up.
If this doesnt work, you can try abandoning the quest and try talking to the general 5 or so mins later and you should be able to take the quest again

when you gotta go to the herbalist..talk to him then buy 1 herb and then go back to the general^^

Thats what i thought you do, but i had to re-do this quest recently and the quest only completes after talking to the herbalist for the second time.
