Yes, there is. There is a quest were you get a gender change scroll as a reward but that only works up to 3rd or 4th degree and the other way is to buy gender change scrolls with silk for real money.

The 'Bandit Bowmen' quest given to you by the Blacksmith in Jangan.
I think it's the 'kill 200 bowmen' one, so it takes sometime, but I heard that they only work up to the 3rd degree.

Other way, crazy death said was to buy it with silk.
