Ressurect question?

I've been sp farmng for awile now and I noticed that sometimes while deleveling (killing myself over and over) I will get a message asking if I'd like to reserect myself. I was wondering; is there a certain chance that when you die you can "insta-res" or am I just not noticing that someone resed me (I watch tv and stuff while deleveling).
