Silk charged but didnt recive it :( ?

I order 100 silk in friday payment is accepted and evrything went ok but i still didnt get it.So do somebody know for this and how much most i should w8?

I use paypal and the silks are available instantly after the purchase. How did you pay?

i payed paypal also but still after 3 days i didnt recive anything.I read all this forums and didnt find any topic like this so i ask u ppl what should i do?Btw do i look for silk when i klick item mall button in game?Again i will tell that payement is accepted and money is taken off my account.

Ok, well first step is to go to the SilkroadOnline website and log in, once logged in, goto your Charge History and have a look if the money has been charged onto your account.
If the charge is there and the silk isnt then youll need to raise a Bug Report
If the charge isnt showing on that page but it is showing on paypal then i would suggest contacting paypal and asking their advice (when you log into paypal there is a link at the very bottem that says "contact us").

Tnh for advice,i must contact paypal then cuz there is no silk charge in history
