I want to know the exact penalties of dying when wanted, and rewards of killing the wanted.



Did a couple of searches and basically... it seems like people just have a general idea, and arn't to sure what it means to be wanted.

I think it depends on the severity of your wanted status.

Not too sure if this is exactly what you wanted or not, but here goes... As a thief, when I died in jobsuit to a hunter with around 3.2k arrange points, I had to pay a fine of ~80k to the hunters' guild npc, as well as wait for a few hours (2, maybe 3?) before I could job again. With closer to 5k arrange points, the fine was like 120k and it was pretty close to 4 hours before I could job again.

Hunted a wanted thief the other day, got almost 14k hunter job xp from it. Didn't think to check to see if the rumor of getting a portion of the thief's money is true or not. ;[

Anyway, yeah, not sure if this is what you wanted, if it is, cool, if not, sorry. ;x

Yeah thats what i wanted to know. I killed a wanted thief recently and got a whopping 20% hunter exp, but i'm not exactly sure if i got gold or anything. Anyways, i was just curious to see what happened when you die when your wanted.
