A few questions

1. I'm lvl 28 and using a lvl 26 glavie + 2 at the moment which I have used a weapon elixir on and increased it's stats. Can I use another elixir on it to bring it to lvl 28 stats as I can't seem to find a glavie for my level?
2. Can the healing rings be made by players or are they part of the game? Which force skill does this come under if it is a skill?

1: yes you could bring its stats to level 28 it is theorised that each + stands for one level of stats it can be debateable but a +2 wil be 28 stats
2: the skill is called harmony thearpy and is under res on the force page of skills

There will not be a weapon for every level. The usual interval is around every 3 levels, until you read the 52, then it is every 4 levels.
here is a list of all the weapons and at what levels they are avaliable. the glaives are near the bottom, though all weapons share the same level upgrades.
