Where can I find the warehouse in Donwhang to do the Lvl 28 Taooist quest?

sitting on top of your storage. Hit "M" to look for it. Then click the city to zoom in.

Thanks. I managed to get the quest. Those taoists can be a pain when you have three earth ghosts on you as well.
