Durability Issue

How come recently whenever you loot an item from a monster it always has 1 less durability then the max. and you can never get it to be full... For example you find a glaive with a max durability of 83 yet you can only get it to go to 82 when fixing it...

ah is that why everytime i go to repair my items and i double repair it it says "item cannot be repaired" even though he wants to charge me like 100gold to do it?

cuz the bonuses (that +xx%) increase the durability but the repair limits are set I think so even you have like 101 durability but first it was only 100 durability and that was the limit for that weapon so you can only repair it till that limit and not above it....

not true I added 60% durability to a Lvl 16 SOS Glave and can repair the full 100% but I have other items that I can't get that last point in
