If it doesn't then I understand why everyone farms at lvl 16 but if not, wouldn't it be better to farm at later lvls? Killing bandits with a 9 gap and full party at 16 i get about 225 sp, later on if i'm lvl 52 and killing monsters at my same lvl- silver like bandits at lvl 16- would i get the same amount of sp and exp per kill?

XP increases with level.
SP is determined solely by the difference between your level and the monsters level, and your SMG gap. Nothing else. (Scrolls excluded cause that's just 50 or 100% to whatever you'd be getting anyway.)
(edit)People like the bandit den the best because it's quick kills. While you get less sp per kill than say, on penons at comparable level differences, bandit fall down to a couple of arrows, while penons need nukes or combos. So, while kill for kill, I'll get more sp in Karakoram, you'll kill about twice as fast.

Offcourse it increases, otherwise theire would not be any reason to go out and hunt stronger monsters, but if you're level 18 and you start to hunt for manyangs, then you will only reap 1 Xp/Sp per kill.
On the other hand if you would fight chakji's,you could gain over 400XP.
(this becomes usable with the help of potions )

The SP is about the same. The XP is far more.
