Where do i find Big eyed monsters i havent seen any anywhere

If you mean big eyed ghosts then theyre to the far far south of jangan, check out this guide for monster positions

Go to the easth gate of jangan, you'll see a field with lots of yangans, just go to the north, and you'll encounter them, a little further there are also weasels and water ghosts

edit: after seen the post above me ^^, I noticed that some creatures are also encountered somewhere else that is not on the map.

yeah mobs are generally in those areas but are overlapping. However that is the area you can find them most lickely
