Hi I noticed that when some people sit, they kneel instead. How do people do that?

different character has different sitting posture. all by pressing 'n'.

Same as the way they hold weapons. E.g. - the demon male avatar holds it over their shoulder, whereas some other avatars hold it normally, at their side. Just depends on what 'figure' you select when making a character.
