Hi, hello, can I transfer from another server and another user to another server and another user
What I want to transfer is the "my pet" (F10 - Avatar & Pet Mall - Pet - Half - Moon Jaguar Summon Scroll) what i bought through silk...

You can't transfer items between servers unfortunately.

Why is this something I bought and I want to move?
Please I want to transfer, my friends to games on this server and I want to play with them...

This has never been possibly, sadly. With the way servers work in Silkroad, it's probably a good thing too - that you can't simply move over-powered items to a new server.
Understand your frustration, though. Joymax / JCPLanet aren't going to change it, though. I can almost guarantee that.
