I was just wondering if I used a ruby stone to reroll a stat, can it assimulate the blue stats?(added with jade stones). ViseVersa, Or Ruby stones can only assim the stats rubys can reroll, same for jade?

I'd use the 10% chance stones and go ahead and add them.

I've done about 30 or so alchemy items when I was level 16 and SP farming, and assimilation occurred a grand total of TWICE. One of it actually increased my MP bonus from 0% to 100% so that was a pleasant surprise.

I used all the tablets I came across which includes the 10%, 20% and 30% assimilation tablets.

Just to share that the two stats that were assimilated were blue bonuses added on the item and not base white stats on the item. Not sure if the white stats are able to be assimilated, anyone know?

White stats can be assimilated, I think ANY stat can be assimilated by ANY stone. Except +

I raised the m.reinforce value of some gloves and the STR (blue) went from 1-3. I also used a MP tablet on a helmet and the pdef increased. So white to blue and blue to white can be assimilated, and no stat on the weapon/armor is safe from it, sans the enhancement (the +).
