Is it correct that at lvl 27, the correct protection is mixed colours as the picture below? I can't seem to find the green and white chest and leg gear anywhere?

Also, what does the +1 on protection and weapons mean and Seal of Star items?

Hmm, this should go into questions and answers.
Anyways, yes, at lvl 27, that is the gear u should have. Just look around, I'm sure some1 will sell the holyword trousers and suit. If no one sells it and u really need it, u can buy from npc, althou npc gear is highly unreccomended.
When something has +1 or more, it means that it's slightly less or around one lvl better than a piece of gear same lvl but without the +1 or more. There are 3 types of sealed items: seal of star, seal of moon, seal of sun; with seal of sun being the most rare of all these rare items. Basically, Sos is +5, som is +7-+10 (?), and sosun is +15. Hope this helps

You'll have the new legs at lvl28 and new chest at 29.
