??Does the drop rate change at different levels??

as title:

say if you leave a quest with drop items till you are much higher level does the drop rate then reduce if you go back and do it?

Leaving a quest for later levels i believe dosent affect the dropping rate, i could be wrong but i would think it would only make it easier.

No it doesn't reduce. However, most people are too lazy to go finish the low level quests unless it's a requirement for the current quest.
