Berserk charge up? how?

Berserk charge up? how?

Someone mentioned if u kill mobs with red orb it charges up, but it doesnt seem to be the case. What is it? Pure randomness?!?

There is no pattern.

I've filled up from killing people in cape battles.

Yup just like drops... it is completely random... You can charge up from a blue to red mob.. there is no difference... you just have to be lucky
