Normal me, Premium me and Premium 2 me?

Basically i want to know what is the Difference between:
- Premium Gold Time PLUS
and
- Premium Gold Time PLUS 2
very simple, right?
please only answer if you are 100% sure (if you tried it or so)
okay you can aswer if you are not sure but start off with "I'm not sure, but i think..."

The Premium Gold Time Plus 2 only offers 200% exp.

While the Premium Gold Time Plus offers 100% exp, and numerous buffs/bonus'

Also, you can only use the PGTP2 from levels 1-100.
