Charming Action

I have a question about the Charming Action (you know: the little blue button in the "Action" part)
How do you let it work and is it usefull?

Its for use when you have a pet (squirrel/monkey/wolf). It makes it do a little dance but other than that its useless lol

The squirrel does a really cute flip and spin!!
