Im stuck at level 13, not more quest for me. Last one was the first of tigers... should I keep leveling until 14th?? Do I have more quest that I can´t find??

All of the available quests are in the Help window in the Quest Dictionary tab. You can open Help by pressing H. There you can see which quests you haven't done yet (the ones you've done are grey) and and the NPC to get them. You might have to lvl up without quests at some point, but that doesn't happen with the new quests as far as I know.

Not 100% sure but maybe you can go to the euro area (Constantinople) and do the quests there too.
but it would be easier if you just level up to 14

So in the first week in college i went with jeans and the pajama's shirt. Didn't notice what i was wearing till after i returned home.
