delvling question, can u go back a lvl?

I'm lvl 16 and sp farming and about to hit 17. I was wondering if i can hit 17, get the stat bonus, and then die back to lvl 16? Ty for the help =)

when u delvl u keep the stat points which u distributed although not the base points which are added each lvl. so for lvl 17 u get 1 pt added to int and 1 to str but then u get 3 points which you can add urself. if you distribute them and then delvl, u keep the 3 points but lose the ones which were automatically allocated.

no. when you delevel you dont lose it, but after you level again you don't get it.. so its same...

right, but a farmer who is at lvl 16 -will- have lower stats than someone who got to 18 or 19, then deleveled back to 16 to farm. i guess you could do that to make yourself slightly stronger to farm, but i don't know if it's really worth the trouble. you could just go find some +str/int equip instead really.

The damage dealt is a little bit ok
(18 to 16) but the time spent in delevel is a pain 
(if you don't have anyone resurrecting you)... I've spent 2 hours or close to it when I did a 2 lvl deleveling.
