SRO-R Hunter Level Problem

Hi,

Can someone help me, my hunter for some reason it wouldn't able level to 41, I am at 40 with 99.99% :banghead: .

You have to talk to the Trader NPC and click Promote. You'll have to pay some gold (1 mil, iirc) and you'll be able to level up.
