btw im a wizzard/bard would it be useful to buy it or should i buy devil spirit?

Angel spirit is EXACTLY the same as devil spirit, just a different skin, so get what you like most (in shape), i think angel spirit is on a sale for 3 weeks? though, if you want to save a few silks.
Imo angel spirit looks bad on the male character if that makes any difference.
